The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and easy subway access. The room is super tiny, especially with the toilet in the shower. You can't shower without everything getting wet. I liked the rooftop bar and the bike rental options nearby. It's a bit cramped for two people for more than a night. Worth it for solo travelers or a short stay.

The staff was very welcoming, even gave us cookies upon arrival! The rooms were clean with plenty of space for everyone, perfect for our kids.
It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but definitely worth it.

Check-in was far from seamless, with unfriendly staff creating unnecessary delays. The room layout is efficient but small, suitable for one. The shower over the toilet is unconventional, yet manageable. The amenities are in line with the price point, but better staff training is necessary for consistent customer service. Would consider returning if improvements are made.

I absolutely loved how close this hotel is to the happening neighborhoods of Williamsburg and the plethora of dining options that are just a few steps away, making every evening stroll a delightful adventure, not to mention it’s only a short walk to the subway station which opens up easy access to all of New York City’s iconic spots like the Empire State Building and Times Square! The hotel itself is modern and has a welcoming vibe with good amenities, but the room I stayed in could use a refresh as it felt a bit older and dustier than I expected.

Our city trip was made memorable by the prime location, allowing easy access to numerous nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. The complimentary drink coupons for my boyfriend's birthday added a sweet touch to our stay. The vibrant atmosphere in the bars both upstairs and downstairs, with engaging games and friendly bartenders, made for enjoyable evenings.
The shared shower and toilet setup in the room was a bit inconvenient, and the lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing. Additionally, there were unsettling instances with the security guard on our floor that left us feeling uneasy.

Super cool vibes and everything was so easy breezy. The rooms were comfy and modern, perfect for us and our wild adventures in the city. Location was bomb, had us feeling like true NYC locals. Such a sick spot for young party animals like us!

Cool vibe, nice rooftop to hang out at. Location is super handy, just a short walk to the subway that takes you straight to Manhattan. Loads of eateries and bars around the place, great for exploring. The rooms were small but comfy and had all I needed , AC, Smart, TV, and fast internet. Staff were friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces.
Rooms were tiny, not great if you have big suitcases. the shower leakage was a bit annoying , had to mop up after each use.

I loved lounging at the mezzanine space, which felt like the fanciest shared office ever. The continental breakfast fueled my sightseeing. Loaner bikes let me pretend I exercise. The rooftop decks had me feeling like a hip socialite.
Feeling like an exhibitionist in the transparent bathroom was a real treat.

There were visible stains in the sink, shower, and towels, which was off-putting. The layout of the bathroom, with the toilet inside the already small shower space, was awkward and uncomfortable. the limited staff at the front desk lacked professionalism, with some displaying low energy and a lazy attitude. Although the room was small, it was well-organized and had functional amenities. The presence of mold and small flies in the bathroom, as well as the dusty air conditioning unit, were clear indicators of the lack of proper maintenance. Despite the room's shortcomings, the accommodation offered some positive aspects like free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a convenient location close to public transportation. improvements in housekeeping and overall room maintenance are crucial for enhancing the guest experience. The Pod has potential to be a great stay, but attention to cleanliness and guest service is essential for a truly enjoyable visit.

Our group of trekkers had an amazing time at this clean and stylish hotel in the heart of Brooklyn. The comfortable rooms were perfect for our single traveler and the location couldn't be better. With easy access to the subway and plenty of food shops and restaurants nearby, we were able to explore the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg. The friendly reception staff and good Wi-Fi made our stay even better.

I chose Pod Brooklyn for its prime location near Williamsburg, where I wanted to explore. However, the amenities such as a bar and restaurant pleasantly surprised me with their quality and delicious dining options. It was a pleasant bonus to my stay.

we had a wonderful stay at pod brooklyn. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the city and the subway. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. the room was compact but perfect for solo travel, and the included discounts for local coffee shops were a nice touch. there were great restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and we found the neighborhood to be safe and enjoyable to explore. the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and we were able to take advantage of the strong wifi for work meetings.
